Payment
I prefer Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to use your credit or debit card online. I can also accept cheques, please contact me if you would prefer to order this way.
Postage
Free within the UK. Items are sent 1st Class within three working days. I always obtain a certificate of posting. If you would like signed for or special delivery, please contact me before purchase. Commissioned or altered items, including resizing, will take a little longer - please allow approximately one week extra.
Delivery
All items are carefully packaged.
Returns
Items returned within one week of receipt will be refunded less postage and a restocking fee of 10%. For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be refunded unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Accuracy
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that colours are accurately represented, please be aware that variations will occur between monitors.
Caution
As jewellery can contain small parts, it may not be suitable for children unless stated in the description.
